Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the logistics and freight forwarding industry. The role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver customized logistics solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, client visits, and online platforms.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing excellent service and support.

Sales Targets:

Meet and exceed sales goals set by management, ensuring consistent revenue growth.

Market Research:

Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to develop strategic sales plans.

Quotation & Pricing:

Prepare competitive quotations and follow up with clients to close deals, coordinating with operations and pricing teams.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM systems.

Collaboration:

Work closely with operations, customer service, and other internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of services.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Negotiation and closing ability Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team
