We are looking for a

Sales Executive

to join our team at our

office

, where you'll play a key role in handling

client coordination over phone

for elevator sales and

AMC renewals

.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls to existing and potential clients. Follow up with clients for

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals

. Share elevator service/product details and generate interest in upgrades or new installations. Maintain client records and update CRM with daily interactions. Coordinate with the field service team for client requirements. Send proposals, quotations, and renewal reminders via email/phone. Support the AMC team with backend documentation and follow-ups.

Requirements:



Experience in telesales, customer support, or office-based sales coordination (Elevator industry experience is a plus). Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry). Confident, polite, and persuasive phone etiquette. Organized and proactive approach to follow-ups and client servicing.
