Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound sales leads
received from the Digital Marketing team.
Prepare and share quotations
with prospective clients.
Conduct
follow-ups
with clients to convert leads into confirmed orders.
Engage in
negotiation and deal closure
to meet sales targets.
Coordinate with
logistics and service teams
for timely dispatch and delivery.
Maintain and regularly update
sales MIS reports
for management review.
Ensure smooth
internal communication
between departments for seamless execution.
Build and maintain strong
customer relationships
to ensure repeat business.
Key Requirements:
2 to 4 years
of experience in sales coordination or executive roles.
Proficient in
MS Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to handle
multiple tasks
and meet deadlines.
Experience in using
CRM tools
is a plus.
Self-motivated and result-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
