Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Senior Residential Real Estate Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working with

fresh residential projects

, including sales, client management, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle sales of new residential projects from reputed developers. Conduct site visits and provide detailed project information to potential buyers. Generate leads through various offline and online marketing channels. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction. Provide end-to-end assistance in the property buying process including documentation and post-sales support. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience

in selling

fresh residential real estate projects

. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current project offerings. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driving license. Male candidates preferred due to the nature of fieldwork and client interaction.
