. The role involves direct interaction with customers (B2B or B2C), handling incoming/outgoing calls, explaining product features, closing sales, and following up on leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell home appliances or product solutions.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into successful sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, or previous interactions.
Prepare and send quotations, handle negotiations, and close sales independently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call quotas.
Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for smooth delivery and post-sales support.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with key clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
3-5 years of experience in
telecalling-based product sales
(preferably in
home appliances, white goods, or hotel supplies
).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through telephonic engagement.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Comfortable using CRM and telecalling tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
