Key Responsibilities



Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about our product range, including product price, materials, designs, and customization options, to effectively communicate value to customers.

Consultative Selling:

Provide personalized design advice and recommend suitable furniture and decor options based on customer preferences and space requirements.

Customer Engagement:

Engage with customers in our showroom and online to understand their needs, recommend products, and close sales.

Sales Targets:

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Lead Management:

Generate and follow up on leads through various channels, including walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online queries.

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Visual Merchandising:

Collaborate with the design and merchandising team to ensure the showroom is visually appealing and products are displayed effectively.

Cross-Selling and Upselling:

Identify opportunities to cross-sell complementary products and upsell premium offerings to maximize sales.

Customer Support:

Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Contract and B2B Sales:

Engage with corporate clients, interior designers, and architects for bulk orders and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications and Skills



Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in furniture, interiors, or related industries. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales platforms is a plus. Experience with design software like AutoCAD or SketchUp is beneficial. Strong time management and multitasking skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, or a related field preferred. English language is a must.
