We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Tele Calling Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for answering inquiries, providing information about our services, and generating sales leads.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding international shipping services.
Sales Generate: Identify potential sales opportunities, generate leads, and generate the sales team by scheduling appointments and following up on prospects.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our logistics services, pricing, and policies to effectively communicate with customers and prospects.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Data Management: Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and transactions in the company's CRM system.
Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the management team to improve service offerings and customer experience.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align efforts and achieve company goals.
