Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Direct Channel Sales professional to grow our business in Vadodara by acquiring new customers, promoting financial/insurance products directly, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities::



Achieving the sales target through assigned leads, which may be self-generated or may be generated by the Branch Ops, Call Center teams and/or other sources. Meeting prospective customers in assigned geography to understand their financial need and sell insurance solutions that cater to their needs. Take daily follow-up of clients Providing pre-and post-sales support (e.g., claim settlement) Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)

Good Communication Skills Ability to convince and influence others Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management Goal orientation despite pressures and setbacks Willing to travel in the designated region/city Local Language preferred
