Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective direct sales strategies to meet company targets.
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Identify and acquire new clients through direct outreach and networking.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Train and mentor sales staff to improve performance and skills.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Target-oriented with a track record of achieving sales goals.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
