Role Summary



We are seeking an energetic

Sales Executive

to drive business growth in the Dibrugarh region. You will be the face of the company, interacting with customers and helping them find the right products or services.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation:

Identify potential customers through market visits, cold calling, or walk-ins.

Customer Interaction:

Pitch products/services effectively and address customer concerns.

Target Achievement:

Meet daily/weekly sales targets to contribute to team growth.

Market Feedback:

Keep track of local competitor activity and report customer feedback to management.

Reporting:

Maintain a daily log of customer visits and sales closed.

Requirements



Education:

Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

Skills:

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills; fluency in local languages.

Travel:

Must be comfortable with local travel within Dibrugarh (for field roles).

Attributes:

Result-oriented with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
