Job Title: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales:

- Meet and exceed sales targets by selling diamond jewelry and other products

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

- Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns

- Offer personalized recommendations and solutions

- Product Knowledge:

- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of diamond products, including 4Cs (carat, color, clarity, and cut)

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

- Store Operations:

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the jewelry industry

- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

- Knowledge of diamond products and 4Cs is an added advantage

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
