Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused
Sales Executive
who will be responsible for delivering engaging product experiences at our Devanahalli Experience Center, handling walk-in and scheduled client demos, following up on sales leads, and building relationships with dealers and potential clients across Bangalore.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
demonstrating technology, interacting with customers, and converting interest into long-term relationships

Key ResponsibilitiesExperience Center Sales & Demonstrations
Welcome customers visiting the Experience Center and understand their requirements
Conduct
guided product demonstrations
of:
Audio systems
Home theater solutions
Home automation & smart controls
Security & access control solutions
Explain product features, benefits, and use-cases in a
simple, customer-friendly manner
Create a premium, comfortable, and engaging experience for every visitor
Lead Handling & Follow-Ups
Manage and follow up on leads generated from:
Walk-ins
Digital marketing campaigns
Referrals
Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams for proposals and demos
Maintain lead status, follow-up schedules, and customer communication
Convert qualified leads into site visits, demos, and sales closures
Dealer & Client Visits
Visit dealers, architects, interior designers, and potential clients in and around Bangalore
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
Present Avenue Sound's product range and solutions to dealers and business partners
Support dealer inquiries and assist with product positioning and demos when required
Sales Support & Reporting
Maintain basic sales records and lead tracking
Provide regular updates on:
Walk-ins
Lead status
Client feedback
Assist in showroom events, demos, and promotional activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in
sales, showroom sales, or customer-facing roles
Interest in
technology, audio-visual products, or smart home solutions
Strong communication skills in
English and Kannada
(Hindi is a plus)
Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor
Ability to explain technical products in a
clear and engaging way
Willingness to travel locally within Bangalore for dealer and client visits
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience in AV, electronics, home automation, consumer tech, or luxury retail
Prior experience in handling walk-in customers or experience centers
Basic understanding of audio systems, home theaters, or smart technology (training will be provided)
