The Tele-caller will be responsible for connecting with potential customers through

company-provided leads

, explaining product offerings, generating interest, and coordinating follow-ups for the field sales team. The role is ideal for disciplined, well-spoken individuals who can manage communication professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Call and engage with leads provided directly by SMI. Introduce and explain SMI's product categories clearly to potential customers. Identify customer requirements and qualify leads for further sales action. Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and follow-up schedules. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information. Submit daily/weekly performance reports to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Prior experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or customer support preferred. Strong communication skills with a polite, confident telephone manner. Ability to work independently with responsibility and time discipline. Basic understanding of hardware/building material industry is an advantage. Familiarity with whatsApp, Excel or CRM systems. Must have a stable internet connection and quiet work environment.
