We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can bring new clients and drive business growth for NG7 Security & Surveillance Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good network, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients in the Delhi region
Pitch security, surveillance, and manpower solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the operations team for client requirements
Salary & Incentives:
Base Salary: ?30,000 (incentive-based)
Full salary will be released only when the candidate achieves the required number of clients or manpower business
Attractive incentives on every successful conversion
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (preferred in security/manpower services)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-driven, target-focused, and confident in field sales
