Role Overview:



We are seeking a

Sales & Project Manager

to drive sales growth, manage end-to-end project delivery, and strengthen client relationships. This role requires a unique mix of sales acumen, project execution skills, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales & Business Development



Identify new business opportunities in architectural and decorative lighting. Develop and present customized lighting solutions that align with client needs and project specifications. Prepare accurate and compelling commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.

2. Project Management & Execution



Lead projects from

initiation to completion

, ensuring timely deliverables and high-quality outcomes. Coordinate with design, production, logistics, and installation teams for seamless execution. Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and challenges. Project Planning & Coordination Proposal Development. (P.I)

3. Client Communication & Relationship Building



Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular updates and status calls/reports to keep clients informed and aligned. Build trust and long-term relationships with clients, architects, designers, developers, and other stakeholders. Actively address client concerns and facilitate timely resolution.

4. On-Site Visits & Coordination



Visit project sites as required to understand on-ground conditions, coordinate with seniors, and supervise installation progress. Assist with technical clarifications and on-site decision-making to ensure installation quality and client satisfaction.

5. Brand & PR Engagement



Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking functions. Contribute to brand visibility through strong professional conduct and by nurturing positive referrals and testimonials.

6. Reporting & Documentation



Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project documentation. Prepare internal reports on sales performance, project milestones, and key metrics.

Technical Skills



Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Work on Architectural drawing (AutoCAD would be beneficial)
Give information of lightings to clients. (if they need)

Must-have Experience:



Installation and configuration of smart home devices

(lights, thermostats, security systems, voice assistants like Alexa/Google Home)

Wiring and electrical work

- especially in residential environments

Troubleshooting and maintenance

of automation systems

Experience with IoT protocols

(Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Bluetooth, Dali)

Basic understanding of networking

- routers, switches, IP configuration

Good-to-have Experience:



Programming knowledge

(e.g., Python, Node-RED, or visual automation platforms) Working with

automation platforms

like Home Assistant, OpenHAB, SmartThings

Client interaction & technical support

experience Reading and interpreting

circuit diagrams and wiring schematics
