About the Role

We are hiring experienced

Sales Executives

for an international

Debt Settlement

voice process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven sales capability, and hands-on experience in international voice-based sales.

Key Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice sales process (mandatory)

Excellent communication skills with a strong and clear thought process

Age:

Below 35 years

Qualification:

Graduate or Undergraduate Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and close sales effectively Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment

Salary & Benefits

Salary:

Up to

?35000 CTC

Incentives:

Uncapped*, performance-based incentives

Transport:

Both-side cab (within a 30 km radius),

OR

Cab allowance of

?3,000 - ?4,000

based on distance

Working Days:

5.5 days per week Language: No restriction on mother tongue

Responsibilities

Engage with international customers via outbound/inbound calls for debt settlement solutions Understand customer financial situations and recommend suitable settlement options Deliver persuasive sales pitches and convert leads into successful closures Maintain high-quality customer interactions and ensure compliance Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Update CRM entries, call logs, and follow-up records accurately
