Position Overview

We are looking for experienced and dynamic sales professionals for our

International Debt Settlement Process

. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in international voice-based sales, excellent communication abilities, and a strong customer-focused mindset. This role involves interacting with international customers (primarily US-based) to offer debt settlement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound/inbound international voice calls for debt settlement services. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate financial/debt-related solutions. Drive conversions by explaining product benefits and negotiating effectively. Perform upselling, cross-selling, and lead generation where applicable. Maintain accurate call logs, CRM records, and follow-up details. Achieve monthly and weekly

sales targets

and KPIs. Ensure compliance with quality standards and process guidelines.

Eligibility CriteriaExperience

Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice sales process (mandatory).

Candidates with US campaign experience will be preferred. International voice customer support candidates with

upselling, cross-selling, or lead generation

experience are also eligible.

Education

Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.

Below 35 years

Location Criteria

Candidates must reside within a

30 km radius

of the company (Gurgaon/Noida).

Skills Required

Excellent English communication skills. Strong sales aptitude and negotiation skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and provide solutions. Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated. No restriction on mother tongue; only English communication required.

Salary & Benefits

Experienced Candidates:

Up to ₹45,000 CTC

Freshers:

Up to ₹30,000 CTC (only for international process openings) Uncapped

performance-based incentives

Transport:

Both-side cab within 30 km radius OR cab allowance of

?3,000 - ?4,000

(based on distance) 5.5 days working per week

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
