2-5 years (Automobile dealership sales experience preferred)
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive to expand and manage our dealership network. The ideal candidate will source new and used car dealerships as potential partners, convert them into active accounts, and manage their onboarding. This role also involves ensuring dealerships sell LOTS memberships bundled with vehicles and training dealership staff to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach new and used car dealerships to onboard them as LOTS partners.
Manage end-to-end dealership account onboarding and ensure smooth integration of LOTS membership bundles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership stakeholders to ensure long-term engagement.
Train dealership employees on LOTS membership benefits, sales techniques, and processes.
Monitor dealership performance and provide support to improve LOTS membership sales.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of bundles, offers, and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of dealership accounts, conversions, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales or partnership management, preferably with automobile dealerships.
Strong negotiation, closing, and account management skills.
Ability to manage multiple dealership accounts effectively.
Experience in conducting training or workshops is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
