Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold outreach. Conduct client meetings (virtual and on-site) to understand business requirements and present tailored IT/Cybersecurity solutions. Collaborate with the technical team for accurate solution mapping and proposals. Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, demos, and proposals. Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, requirement gathering, proposal, negotiation, and closing. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and latest IT/Cybersecurity technologies.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Tech Sales (Cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT Services preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle independently. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting. Strong networking and client relationship management skills. Experience in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and sales documentation. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
