To achieve sales targets by promoting and selling new personal (passenger) vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining long-term relationships, and contributing to the dealership's growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities. Sales and Business Development
Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, tele-calling, social media, and field activities.
Explain product features, specifications, and pricing to prospective customers.
Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly vehicle sales targets as assigned by management.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and accessories teams to close sales.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Ensure excellent pre- and post-sales customer experience.
Maintain a customer database and follow up for bookings, documentation, and delivery.
Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
Encourage repeat sales and referrals through relationship building.
3. Documentation and Process Compliance
Collect and verify necessary documents for booking and vehicle delivery.
Ensure timely processing of finance, registration (RTO), and insurance formalities.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM / DMS systems regularly.
4. Market Intelligence
Keep updated on competitor models, pricing, and promotional schemes.
Share feedback from customers and the market with management to improve sales strategies.
5. Team and Reporting
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth delivery operations.
Report daily sales activities, leads, and performance to the Sales Manager.

Qualification & Experience:
Education:
Minimum Graduate (preferably in Commerce / Marketing / Business Administration).
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in automobile retail sales (personal cars preferred).
License:
A Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
