Job Description

seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, providing excellent support and ensuring a positive experience with our real estate sales and marketing services. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information related to property listings, sales processes, marketing campaigns, and general company information. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a genuine desire to assist customers.

Responsibilities:



Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding property listings, pricing, availability, and related details. Guide customers through the initial stages of the sales and marketing processes, answering their questions and addressing any initial concerns. Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating more complex matters to senior team members as needed. Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the company's services, marketing initiatives, and basic sales procedures. Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries have been addressed and gauge their satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share customer feedback and identify potential areas for service improvement. Assist in the preparation of basic customer-related reports and documentation. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Adhere to company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably within the real estate or a service-oriented industry. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu, Hindi. Good active listening and basic problem-solving abilities. Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in customer interactions. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A customer-focused attitude with a genuine interest in helping people. Basic understanding of the real estate sales and marketing process is a plus.
