Sales Executive

who is energetic, persuasive, and passionate about helping customers choose the right products for their health goals.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct

outbound calls

for lead generation, customer retention, and reactivation. Handle

upselling and cross-selling

of products to existing and potential customers. Convert warm and cold leads into successful sales. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products. Achieve monthly targets for conversions and retention. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements



1-4 years of experience in

sales, telecalling, or customer retention

(preferably D2C / nutraceutical / FMCG sector). Excellent

communication and persuasion

skills. Strong ability to handle objections and close deals. Result-driven with a positive and proactive attitude. Good command over English and Hindi.
