Marketing & Sales Executive - Field Work

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing & Sales Executive for field-based activities in the furnishing industry. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in curtains, blinds, or related interior products and possess strong communication and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to generate new business opportunities in the furnishing market. Promote and sell products such as curtains, blinds, and related furnishing solutions. Meet interior designers, architects, dealers, and end customers to build long-term relationships. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations. Follow up on leads, quotations, and closures to achieve sales targets. Maintain records of client interactions, site visits, and sales reports. Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and timely delivery. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience in the furnishing industry (curtains, blinds, wallpapers, interior products, etc.) is mandatory. Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred. Strong understanding of products and ability to explain technical and design aspects. Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Hindi. Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented approach. Ability to work independently in field sales. Two-wheeler preferred for field movement.
Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing and field sales (furnishing/interior industry).
Salary & Benefits:

?20,000 - ?30,000 per month (depending on experience and skill set) Performance-based incentives Growth opportunities within the organization
