. We are looking for a passionate
Sales Executive cum Student Counsellor
who can combine
admissions expertise with empathetic student guidance
to help aspiring chefs build their careers with us.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) & KPIs1. Student Admissions & Sales
Achieve
10-15 monthly enrollments
across Diploma, CE, and Workshop programs.
Maintain a
30%+ counselling-to-enrollment conversion rate
.
Ensure
95%+ fee collection compliance
within deadlines.
2. Lead & Enquiry Management
Respond to enquiries within
10 minutes during working hours
.
Ensure
100% CRM hygiene (Zoho)
with updated lead stages and follow-ups.
Convert
70% of campus visits/demo classes
into applications.
3. Counselling Quality
Conduct structured counselling sessions aligning
student goals with Whitecaps programs
.
Maintain
student satisfaction score of ?4.5/5
.
Provide accurate information on
courses, fees, financial options, and career outcomes
.
4. Student Relationship & Nurturing
Support onboarding, orientation, and
first-week check-ins
for enrolled students.
Run
engagement campaigns (WhatsApp/email drips)
for prospective students.
Reactivate
15% of cold leads
every month.
5. Events & Outreach
Participate in
2-3 outreach/engagement events
per month (workshops, webinars, open houses).
Generate
?15% conversions
from event leads.
6. Reporting & Coordination
Submit
weekly funnel & conversion reports
(lead source, conversion %, drop reasons).
Share insights with marketing on
student objections & feedback
.
Coordinate with
chefs/operations team
for demo classes, visits, and onboarding.
What We're Looking For
Strong
counselling & objection-handling skills
.
Fluency in
English, Hindi, and one South Indian language
(Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam).
Proven track record in
sales/admissions (education, edtech, or training sector)
.
Tech-savvy with
CRM (Zoho preferred), WhatsApp Business, Google Docs/Sheets
.
