The Sales Executive cum Rider Coordinator is responsible for generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and managing rider (delivery/field staff) operations. The role combines field sales activities with operational coordination to ensure smooth customer
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell automobile products, accessories, and services to individual and corporate clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Conduct test drives, explain product features, and assist customers with financing and documentation.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic sales reports.
Rider Coordination Responsibilities:
Plan, assign, and monitor rider schedules for vehicle deliveries, pick-ups, and other service tasks.
Ensure riders follow company policies, dress code, and customer service standards.
Track daily rider activities, route efficiency, and fuel usage.
Handle rider attendance, performance, and disciplinary issues.
Coordinate between sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations.
Maintain records of delivery status, vehicle movements, and rider performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid driving license (two/four-wheeler preferred).
