Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on sales leads for facility and cleaning services.
Meet with clients, property managers, and business owners (accompanied by senior team).
Coordinate between clients and operations team for smooth service delivery.
Manage client requirements, feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in on-site operations and documentation.
Support marketing and promotional activities when needed.
Requirements:
Confident and good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
Presentable and willing to visit client sites (local travel within Gurgaon/Delhi NCR).
Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.
