Job Summary:
We are looking for a presentable, confident, and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage in-store and client interactions at our Shankar Nagar location. The role involves understanding customer preferences, providing luxury decor solutions, and delivering an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and assist customers with luxury home decor products
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable decor solutions
Handle client interactions professionally and build long-term relationships
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with new collections
Ensure a premium in-store experience for customers
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and follow-ups
Key Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales (luxury / lifestyle brand preferred)
Excellent English communication skills
Strong client handling and interpersonal skills
Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented personality
Sales-driven attitude with attention to detail
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in luxury retail, home decor, or lifestyle brands
Passion for interiors, decor, and premium products
