The Sales Executive will manage leads, site visits, customer communication, and booking closures for residential and commercial inventory.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads, outbound follow-ups, and daily sales calls.
Conduct professional property presentations and site visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options.
Maintain CRM entries, update lead status, and track conversions.
Coordinate with the marketing and project teams for updated inventory lists.
Support in payment collection follow-up and documentation.
Contribute to channel partner meetings and promotional events.
Required Skills & Qualities
Strong communication and persuasion skills
High energy and commitment to achieving targets
Basic real estate knowledge (preferred)
Good follow-up discipline
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in WhatsApp, CRM, and basic reporting
