Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Identify and acquire new customers for ISP/telecom services (broadband, fiber, leased lines, etc.)
2. Identify and acquire new customers for Solar (Rooftop projects)
3. Promote telecom products and service bundles to residential, SME, and enterprise clients
4. Conduct field visits, sales calls, and product demonstrations
5. Understand customer connectivity needs and propose suitable solutions
6. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
8. Coordinate with technical, provisioning, and customer support teams for service activation
9. Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM systems
10. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
11. Handle customer objections, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities

Required Qualifications:



1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
2. Proven experience in ISP, telecom, or Solar
3. Strong understanding of telecom products and connectivity solutions.
4.Experience upto 2 years is required
