We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to manage qualified leads generated by the marketing team and convert them into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to understand real estate project offerings in detail. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and follow up on incoming leads from the marketing team
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project details
Schedule site visits and guide customers through the property selection process
Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings
Maintain detailed records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
Prepare and present sales reports to the management team
Collaborate with marketing staff to improve lead quality and conversion strategies
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
Stay updated on project features, pricing, offers, and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred
1-3 years of experience in sales (real estate sales preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Good presentation and follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
