Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Senior Sales Executive
to expand our dealer and distributor network, drive product sales, and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, agricultural market knowledge, and leadership qualities to guide a sales team in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage dealer/distributor network across assigned territories.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and business partners.
Identify new market opportunities and provide feedback for product development.
Conduct product demonstrations and farmer meetings for awareness.
Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum Graduation (Agriculture background preferred, not mandatory).
Experience:
2-5 years in Sales (Agri-equipment, Agri-inputs, or related industry preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
