The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's interior design and turnkey solutions. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their design needs, and converting leads into successful projects through effective communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and actively pursue
new business opportunities
for residential, commercial, and hospitality interior projects.
Develop and maintain strong
relationships with architects, builders, real estate agents, and individual clients.
Conduct
client meetings, site visits, and presentations
to explain design concepts, services, and pricing.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the
design and project teams
to deliver customized proposals.
Prepare and present
quotations, proposals, and project cost estimates.
Follow up with clients to
close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain an updated
database of inquiries, leads, and follow-ups
using CRM or internal tracking systems.
Represent the company at
events, exhibitions, and networking forums
to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team for
lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
Provide timely
market feedback
on competitor activities, trends, and client preferences.
Ensure
high levels of customer satisfaction
and build long-term client relationships.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Excellent
communication, presentation, and interpersonal
skills.
Strong ability to
understand client needs
and translate them into design opportunities.
Result-oriented with proven ability to
meet or exceed sales targets.
Good
negotiation and closing
skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Understanding of
interior design concepts, materials, finishes, and project workflow
(preferred).
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design
, or related field.
2-5 years of experience
in sales, preferably in
interior design, architecture, real estate, or furniture
industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
