Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable machines or equipment.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Maintain daily sales reports and communicate updates to management.
Participate in exhibitions, field visits, and promotional activities when required.
Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marketing field (preferred).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in industrial or machinery sales.
Good communication and negotiation skills (Hindi, English, Gujarati preferred).
Proficient in using CRM, email, and MS Office tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
