Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable product solutions.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for order follow-ups and closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B / Inside Sales or Telecalling.
Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce preferred).
Target-oriented with good presentation skills.
