Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the store Understand customer needs and recommend suitable eyewear products Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly Achieve individual and store sales targets Handle billing, returns, and basic store operations Coordinate with optometrists for eye check-up appointments Maintain cleanliness and display of products in the store Keep records of customer inquiries and follow-ups

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach Basic knowledge of eyewear or willingness to learn Team player with a positive and professional attitude Comfortable using billing systems and handling POS transactions
