We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Glass Sales Executive

responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and delivering Float & Figured glass solutions. Success in this role demands a blend of product expertise, consultative selling, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development

Actively identify and drive new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C sectors. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed performance targets.

Client Relationship Management

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, distributors, retailers, and end customers. Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and manage follow-up.

Market Insights & Strategic Planning

Conduct market research to track trends, competitive offerings, and pricing dynamics. Use insights to tweak sales strategies and uncover new opportunities.

Sales Process & Administration

Prepare and share accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts with clients. esquire Manage order processing, pricing negotiations, and monitor delivery schedules. Track sales activity and performance through CRM systems Salesforce), and generate periodic reports.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with internal teams--production, design, and marketing--for seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Brand Representation & Networking

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to generate leads and reinforce brand presence.

Customer Service & Problem-Solving

Address customer concerns promptly and ensure timely resolution to foster satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

Any Graduate.

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years in sales, ideally within the Float and figured glass.

Technical Skills:

Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
