Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals
Research and qualify leads based on industry, location, and security needs
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Initiate contact and build rapport with decision-makers in businesses or residential sectors
Understand client concerns and tailor security solutions accordingly
Service Presentation
Demonstrate the agency's offerings (e.g., manned guarding, electronic surveillance, executive protection)
Conduct onsite or virtual presentations and walkthroughs of security systems
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability
Proposal & Documentation
Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and service agreements
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools
Collaboration & Coordination
Work with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery matches client expectations
Communicate client feedback to improve offerings and customer satisfaction
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
