ArtEastri is a growing handcrafted fashion and lifestyle brand working with artisans across Eastern India. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven

Sales Executive & CRM

to handle lead conversion, customer communication, and post-sale engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound cold calls

to potential customers and B2B leads from platforms like

IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.

Convert inquiries into

qualified leads and confirmed orders

. Maintain strong customer relationships and handle CRM follow-ups. Update lead status, feedback, and conversions in the sales tracker. Understand product details (handloom fabrics, sarees, dupattas, stoles, etc.) to explain features confidently. Meet and exceed monthly

sales and conversion targets

.

Requirements:

1-2 years of sales or telecalling experience (preferably in textiles, fashion, or B2B sales)
Excellent

communication skills

in

English, Hindi, and Bengali / regional languages

Confident, persuasive, and

target-oriented

personality
Basic computer and CRM handling skills
Passion for fabrics, fashion, and handcrafted products is a plus
