Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell IT software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored software solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients for IT software products such as CRM, accounting, project management, helpdesk, and other business applications. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software capabilities to prospective clients. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT software solutions. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and upselling opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation and sales campaigns. Stay updated on software product enhancements, features, and industry trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Sales, or a related field (preferred). 2-3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales; experience with SaaS or IT software products is an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in selling CRM, ERP, or SaaS solutions. Certification or hands-on experience with CRM or enterprise software platforms. Understanding of business process automation and digital transformation.

Location:

Preference for candidates based in New Delhi (NCR), Mumbai, or Pune.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
