We are looking for a

Sales Executive (Full-Cycle + CRM)

who can handle WhatsApp leads, communicate clearly with clients, and close sales confidently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Handling (Inbound Only)



Respond quickly to incoming WhatsApp leads Provide basic information about services Send demo websites and explain benefits Collect hotel details (photos, rooms, amenities, location)

Sales & Closing



Conduct sales calls with interested leads Explain service, pricing, and offers clearly Handle objections confidently Convert warm leads into confirmed sales Collect advance and final payments

CRM & Relationship Management



Maintain friendly and professional communication Follow up with warm leads daily Update the lead sheet with accurate status Maintain high-quality customer experience Coordinate with internal team for onboarding

Project Handover



Submit full client details through the Project Requirement Form Coordinate with the developer team for project delivery Assist clients with basic onboarding instructions

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Must-Have



Strong communication in

Hindi

(English basic level is enough) Confident voice & good client-handling skills Experience in sales / telecalling / customer handling Ability to close deals and negotiate Fast WhatsApp response speed Ability to work independently with targets Strong follow-up skills and discipline

Good to Have



Experience in hotel, travel, or website sales Experience in BPO/Telecalling Experience handling inbound leads Familiarity with WhatsApp Business tools

COMPENSATION & PERFORMANCE STRUCTURE Monthly Salary:



?15,000 fixed

Commission:



?1,000 per confirmed sale

Monthly Targets:



Minimum:

3 sales per week

Monthly target:

10 sales

Salary eligibility:

Minimum 5 sales/month after probation

Probation Period:



10 days (full training + daily guidance provided)
