Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive - CRM & CX Solutions (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk)

to promote and sell leading CRM and customer experience platforms, including

HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zendesk

. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs to offer tailored solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients for

CRM and CX solutions (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk).

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase platform capabilities. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions for sales, marketing, and support automation. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage upselling and renewals. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns. Stay updated on product updates, features, and industry trends for HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zendesk.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Sales or related field preferred. 2-3 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales (experience with SaaS or CRM/CX products preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in selling CRM or ERP solutions. Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zendesk (certifications preferred). Understanding of business process automation and customer experience strategies.
