We are hiring Sales Executive for Vijay Nagar Location.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Conversion:

Handle inbound inquiries and proactively generate new leads through outreach, networking, partnerships, and referrals.

Tours & Presentations:

Conduct tours of the coworking space, effectively presenting services, pricing plans, and the community benefits to prospective clients.

Client Onboarding:

Guide new members through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent first impression.

Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets including occupancy rates, desk sales, and private office leasing.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, interactions, and status in the CRM system.

Community Engagement:

Work with the community management team to ensure new members are integrated into the community and have a great experience.

Market Insights:

Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to refine sales strategies.

Event Support:

Attend networking events and represent the coworking brand to build awareness and establish partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills:

1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in coworking, real estate, or hospitality. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
