Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Sales Executive
to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth for our courier and logistics services. Candidates with a background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in courier and logistics services
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Promote company services to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Prepare and present customized quotations to clients
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer database
Participate in regular field visits and client meetings
Handle client queries and resolve service issues promptly
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in logistics/courier/supply chain sales preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
Fluent in English and Malayalam; Hindi is an added advantage
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kochi
