We are a growing HR consulting and recruitment services company, offering end-to-end staffing and HR solutions to clients across industries. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth by pitching recruitment and allied HR services to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach corporate clients for recruitment and HR services.
Pitch company services, explain value proposition, and close business deals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Generate leads, schedule meetings, and follow up on business opportunities.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the internal recruitment team for client requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 6 months-2 years of sales/BD experience (experience in recruitment/HR services sales will be an advantage).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Must own a two-wheeler with valid license for client visits.
Proficiency in MS Office and good knowledge of corporate sales process.
Highly motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
