Experience: 1-4 years in B2B / Corporate Sales (Corporate Gifting preferred)
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and accountable Sales Executive to manage the complete B2B sales cycle for our Corporate Gifting business. This is a front-end revenue role involving client acquisition, requirement understanding, proposal closure, and post-order client management.
The role requires strong client handling, structured follow-ups, coordination with internal teams and partner brands, and ownership of revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Management
? Handle all incoming enquiries and proactively reach out to new and existing corporate clients.
? Generate business through regular calling, follow-ups, referrals, and client meetings.
? Maintain structured follow-up schedules to ensure timely conversion of enquiries into orders.
? Plan and conduct 5-7 client meetings or visits per week for business development and relationship building.
2. Requirement Understanding & Proposal Closure
? Understand client gifting requirements including budget, timelines, branding needs, and delivery locations.
? Coordinate with internal teams and external brands/vendors to finalize product options and pricing.
? Prepare and present quotations and proposals to clients in a professional and timely manner.
? Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines and close orders.
3. Order Handover & Client Coordination
? Once an order is confirmed, hand over detailed execution requirements to the Operations team.
? Remain the primary client contact during execution to ensure expectations are managed and issues are resolved.
? Coordinate with operations and vendors to support timely and accurate delivery.
4. Post-Delivery Relationship & Payment Follow-up
? Follow up with clients after delivery to ensure satisfaction and identify repeat business opportunities.
? Coordinate with accounts and clients for timely payment collection as per agreed terms.
? Build long-term relationships with key clients to drive repeat orders and referrals.
5. Sales Tracking & Reporting
? Maintain accurate sales funnel data including leads, proposals, closures, and lost opportunities.
? Share regular updates on pipeline, closures, and expected revenues with management.
? Use structured reporting to improve forecasting and follow-up effectiveness.
Ownership & Accountability
? End-to-end ownership of the sales cycle from first enquiry to order closure and payment realization.
? Responsible for revenue targets, client satisfaction, and repeat business from assigned accounts.
? Accountable for professional client communication and coordination across teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
? 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or corporate gifting industry preferred.
? Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
? Comfortable with regular calling, client meetings, and field visits.
? Ability to manage multiple clients, timelines, and internal coordination simultaneously.
? Result-oriented mindset with ownership of targets and closures.
? Basic proficiency in Excel/CRM and sales reporting is an advantage.
