Qualification - Any Graduate
Experience- 6+ yrs in construction industry
Salary- Upto - 4 LPA
Location- Mumbai
Identify potential clients, including contractors, builders, architects, and developers.
Generate leads through cold calls, networking, online research, and site visits.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Promote and sell construction products, materials, or services to clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential buyers.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals successfully.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Provide after-sales support, including handling client queries and resolving complaints.
Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
