Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated

Sales & Marketing Executive

to join our team in the

formwork and construction materials industry

. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, marketing activities, and driving sales growth in the Delhi region.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Activities

Identify new business opportunities in the

formwork, scaffolding, and construction

industry. Conduct field visits to project sites, builders, contractors, and developers. Generate leads and convert them into sales orders. Prepare and share quotations, follow-up with clients, and close deals. Build strong relationships with customers for repeat and long-term business. Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.

Marketing Activities

Support marketing campaigns for company products and brand visibility. Visit exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events for lead generation. Maintain social media / WhatsApp marketing lists (if required). Create basic marketing material with the help of the internal team. Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.

Required Skills & Experience

1-3 years of experience

in Sales (construction, formwork, scaffolding, or building materials preferred). Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of Delhi construction market is an advantage. Ability to handle field work and travel within Delhi NCR. Self-driven, target-oriented, and good with follow-ups. Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).

Qualification

Graduate in any stream (Civil / Mechanical background preferred but not mandatory). Two-wheeler with license preferred.
