Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
Build and manage strong relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects and potential clients.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support.
Conduct regular site visits to track project requirements.
Maintain sales records and submit reports to management.
Requirements
2-6 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, lighting, tiles, paints, steel, cement, or other building material industries.
Strong network with architects, interior designers, and builders is highly desirable.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel across the assigned territory.
Education
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
