Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Tanisha E-World. The candidate should have strong expertise in sales, customer consultation, and technical knowledge of computer hardware with the ability to assemble custom gaming systems

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and purchases. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable desktops, laptops, and accessories. Drive sales of computer hardware, accessories, and high- end gaming desktops. Stay updated on the latest hardware, gaming trends, and computer peripherals. Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Build long-term relationships with customers through after-sales service and support. Keep up-to-date with the latest computer hardware, gaming technology, and IT industry trends. Manage showroom displays, stock levels, and maintain an organized sales environment. Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience

in a computer showroom, IT retail, or hardware sales role. Strong technical knowledge of

computer components, peripherals, and gaming systems

. Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with customers and provide solutions based on budget and requirements. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach. Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Educational Qualification

Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
