Role Overview:
To drive local awareness, OPD footfalls, diagnostics, medical management, and elective procedures within the hospital catchment through strong on-ground activations and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct society activations, health camps, OPD desks, and RWA tie-ups
Execute BTL activities including kiosks, leaflets, posters, and local events
Coordinate with unit operations teams for community programs
Maintain neighbourhood-wise activation and outreach calendar
Who Can Apply?
Graduate or MBA (Marketing / Healthcare)
2-7 years of experience in BTL marketing, local activations, or healthcare outreach
Strong interpersonal and on-ground execution skills
Comfortable with society activations, health camps, and GP visits
High-energy, execution-focused, problem solver
Willing to work weekends and events

Sales Executive (Government Corporate)
Role Overview:
To drive corporate revenue through Government sales verticals including CGHS, PSUs, and other Government institutions by managing empanelments, renewals, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Government corporate empanelments and renewals (CGHS, PSU, Govt bodies)
Drive Annual Health Check-up (AHC) programs
Hunting & farming: acquire new Govt accounts and grow volumes from existing accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Who Can Apply?
Graduate or MBA (Marketing / Sales / Healthcare)
4-8 years of experience in corporate sales, Govt sales, insurance, TPA, AHCs, or B2B sales
Strong negotiation, contract, and relationship management skills
Proven track record of corporate revenue growth
Experience managing key and strategic accounts

Sales Executive (Emergency Services)
Role Overview:
To drive network utilisation and expansion, hospital transfers, emergency tie-ups, and institutional partnerships to revenue and emergency footfalls.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard and manage ambulance partner networks (internal & external)
Drive inter-facility transfer volumes to hospital units
Promote emergency response services and ambulance packages
Coordinate with ER, billing, and operations teams for seamless service delivery
Maintain track-wise relationship mapping and coverage
Who Can Apply?
Any Graduate (MBA / Healthcare Management preferred)
2-7 years of experience in ambulance services, hospital sales, emergency services, or B2B field sales
Strong local area knowledge and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a 247 healthcare and emergency-driven environment
Target-driven, field-oriented, strong coordination skills
Languages: English + local language
